Role Overview The Client Success Manager will be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing and new clients throughout the project lifecycle—from post-sales handover to final delivery and beyond. This role bridges client communication, internal coordination, and project follow-through to ensure client satisfaction, smooth operations, and repeat business. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients once a project is confirmed. Understand project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with design, procurement, and execution teams. Oversee client updates, progress reports, and ensure consistent communication on timelines and expectations. Identify potential issues early, coordinate internal workflows, and ensure smooth resolution. Collect feedback and monitor satisfaction metrics during and after project completion. Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to develop client engagement strategies for referrals, testimonials, and repeat deals. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, and correspondence in CRM systems. Support documentation of project closeouts, handovers, and warranty-related commitments. Act as a client advocate within the organization while ensuring delivery aligns with Serein Spaces’ quality and financial standards. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Project Management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in client management, project coordination, or customer success within interior design/build or real estate sectors. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Understanding of design and construction processes—from concept through execution. Proficiency in CRM tools, project tracking software, and standard documentation practices. Personal Attributes Empathetic communicator and natural relationship builder. Organized, assertive, and capable of managing cross-functional teams. Comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. High attention to detail and ability to anticipate client needs.
