Human Resource Generalist

Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Generalist role located on-site in New Delhi at Serein Spaces. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing HR policies, implementing employee benefits, and overseeing benefits administration on a day-to-day basis.

You will be managing end to end employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration expertise
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
