About the Role: We’re looking for a Performance Marketing professional who’s not just great with ad platforms but also shines in front of clients. If you can strategize, optimize, report, and build strong client relationships, you’re the one we want. This role is a hybrid of performance marketing expertise and client-facing excellence — ideal for someone who enjoys both the data side of digital and the people side of the business. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Client Management & Communication • Act as the primary point of contact for performance marketing clients. • Understand client goals, translate them into actionable performance strategies, and manage expectations. • Conduct weekly/monthly reviews with clients to report performance, insights, and next steps. • Provide proactive recommendations and stay in constant communication to build trust and long-term relationships. • Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism and speed. Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). • Track and optimize campaigns for KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and engagement. • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and platform-specific dashboards for performance tracking and reporting. • A/B test creatives, copies, landing pages, and targeting to continuously improve results. Collaboration & Reporting • Work closely with creative, content, and web teams to align marketing messages with client objectives. • Deliver performance reports, insights, and strategic growth ideas that clearly demonstrate value. • Support in developing pitch decks, audits, and strategic plans for both new and existing clients. ⸻ Requirements: •.3+years of experience in a performance marketing role at a digital marketing agency. • Proven ability to manage and communicate with clients directly. • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms. • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal + written). • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools. • Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously. ⸻ Bonus Skills: • Experience with international clients. • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms. • Experience with B2B , B2C or eCommerce campaigns. • Knowledge of tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, or email automation platforms.
