About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven HR & Performance Manager to lead HR operations and strengthen our performance management framework at our Irumbuppalam (Kollam) office.
This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience in KPI/KRI tracking, performance appraisal systems, competency mapping, and supporting productivity improvement across sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complete HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and exit management.
• Design, implement, and refine performance management systems with a strong focus on KPI & KRI measurement.
• Drive goal-setting processes, monthly performance tracking, and annual appraisal cycles.
• Monitor team productivity and generate performance reports for sales, operations, and support functions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity) and support HR audits and documentation.
• Organize training programs based on performance gaps and developmental needs.
• Execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture, motivation, and retention.
• Maintain HRMS data accuracy, employee records, and performance dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience, with minimum 1 year dedicated to performance management, KPI/KRI tracking, or HR operations.
• Strong understanding of PMS frameworks, KPI setting, KRI tracking, scorecards, and productivity analysis.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, dashboards preferred).
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or able to travel daily to Irumbuppalam, Kollam.
• Knowledge of Kerala labor laws and local HR practices is an advantage.
