We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable Junior Developer who’s already survived the wild ride of agency life and is ready to code, collaborate, and bring digital ideas to life.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and maintain websites, landing pages, and campaign assets for multiple clients

• Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, SEO teams, and content creators

• Convert PSD/Figma/XD files into responsive, pixel-perfect web pages

• Implement tracking codes, SEO tags, and performance optimization as per marketing needs

• Work on CMS-based websites (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.)

• Debug and resolve cross-browser issues and technical bugs

• Handle multiple projects with tight timelines and rapid revisions

• Stay up-to-date with trends in digital marketing and development tools

Required Skills:

• 3–4 years of development experience within a digital marketing or creative agency

• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress (custom theme & plugin tweaks), Shopify, or Webflow

• Strong sense of responsive/mobile-first design

• Version control (Git), basic understanding of deployment and hosting platforms

Bonus Skills:

• React.js or three.js for interactive front-end builds

• GSAP or Lottie for scroll-based animations and interactions

• Experience with API integrations (e.g. CRM, forms, payment gateways)

• SEO-friendly development practices

• Email template coding (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)

• Experience with Trello, Jira, Slack, or other agency project tools
