We are looking for an analytical and strategic Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our paid acquisition efforts. The Role: As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our clients' growth. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all paid digital marketing campaigns with a focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) like Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) , Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) , and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) . You will manage large-scale budgets, run rigorous A/B tests, and provide actionable insights that directly impact our clients' bottom line. Responsibilities Develop and manage end-to-end performance marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients, from initial campaign setup to ongoing optimization. Expertly manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on major platforms, including Google Ads (Search & Display) , Meta (Facebook & Instagram) , LinkedIn Ads , and other programmatic channels. Conduct in-depth data analysis using tools like Google Analytics 4 and platform-specific dashboards to identify trends, pinpoint opportunities, and inform strategic decisions. Manage and allocate significant advertising budgets to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI. Implement a continuous A/B testing and experimentation framework for ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments. Generate comprehensive performance reports and present them to clients with clear insights and strategic recommendations. Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging ad technologies. Collaborate with creative, content, and account teams to ensure a cohesive and high-performing digital ecosystem. Qualifications Minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on experience in a performance marketing or paid media role, preferably in an ad agency setting. Proven track record of managing large digital advertising budgets and achieving strong ROI. Advanced proficiency in paid media platforms and a deep understanding of their respective algorithms and bidding strategies. Expert-level knowledge of web analytics and attribution models, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights. Exceptional analytical skills and comfort with spreadsheets, data visualization, and reporting. Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and a solid understanding of the full marketing funnel. Excellent communication skills for client-facing discussions and presenting complex data in a simple, understandable way. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are highly desirable.
