(India & UAE | Multi-Entity | 2–3 Years Experience)

Department: Human Resources
Location: Ahmedabad
Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 (Monthly)
Reporting To: HR Manager / Senior HR Manager/ HR Head

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Compliance Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations for India and UAE entities of the NRD Group (NRD India, Cyber Design, E-Bridge, Infinity, Wingold, WML, NRD Dubai, NRD Sharjah, ADGM, etc.).
The role will ensure accurate salary processing, seamless statutory compliance, HR record management, and timely coordination with accounting/HR teams across locations.

This is a critical role for ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance cleanliness, and 100% audit-ready HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Processing – India (Primary Responsibility)

  • End-to-end monthly payroll processing for all India entities.
  • Validate attendance, LWP calculations, shortfall hours, overtime, and shift adjustments.
  • Maintain masters: CTC structures, salary revisions, variable components, reimbursements.
  • Generate salary registers, bank files, JV reports, and payroll MIS.
  • Manage full & final settlements, notice pay, recovery, leave encashment.
  • Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for payout approvals and ledger reconciliation.

Payroll Processing – UAE (Secondary Responsibility)

  • Execute monthly payroll for UAE entities (Dubai, Sharjah, ADGM).
  • Prepare WPS / SIF files and coordinate with banks for salary disbursement.
  • Validate leaves, attendance, deductions, allowances and EOSB components.
  • Support GPSSA, ML, sick leave calculations as per UAE Labour Law.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with UAE payroll standards and WPS timelines.

Statutory Compliance – India

  • PF: UAN creation, ECR filing, challans, basic revisions, joint declarations.
  • ESIC: IP creation, monthly returns, challans, inspection support.
  • Professional Tax & Labour Welfare Fund (state-wise submissions).
  • Gratuity calculations, LWF updates, bonus eligibility tracking.
  • Maintain statutory registers and audit files.

Statutory Compliance – UAE

  • GPSSA calculations & submissions (where applicable).
  • UAE visa/medical/insurance tracking for payroll dependency.
  • Maintain employee files as per MOHRE/ADGM requirements.

HR Record & Data Management

  • Maintain digital employee files, onboarding documentation, IDs, forms, contracts.
  • Maintain Zoho People records, attendance logs, shift rosters & leave dashboards.
  • Ensure clean, audit-ready HR folders for India + UAE entities.
  • Manage HR letters: salary certificates, NOCs, letters, declarations.
  • Support internal/external audits (ISQM2, Statutory, Management Audit).

Coordination & Support

  • Work closely with HR team for offer rollouts, inductions, exit formalities.
  • Coordinate with managers for attendance corrections and leave validations.
  • Liaise with Finance for payroll reconciliation and voucher closures.
  • Respond to employee payroll queries professionally and promptly.

Skills & Requirements

Must-Have

  • 2–3 years of hands-on payroll experience (India payroll mandatory).
  • Basic UAE payroll knowledge (WPS, allowances, leave structure) – or willingness to learn.
  • Good understanding of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus Act, Shops & Establishment Act.
  • Strong Excel skills (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, formulas).
  • Experience in HRMS tools (Zoho preferred).
  • High accuracy, confidentiality, and deadline-driven approach.
  • Ability to work across multiple entities simultaneously.

Education

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA / PGDM (HR/Finance preferred).
  • Additional payroll/statutory certificates will be an advantage.
