About the Role:

Partnership Manager


Key Responsibilities:


1. Government and Institutional Partnerships

  • Lead applications and manage partnerships with key government initiatives like MeitY SAMRIDH, SISFS, and iHub.
  • Ensure timely documentation, proposal writing, submission, and compliance reporting for all programs.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the organization and government bodies, ensuring alignment with policy and funding guidelines.


2. Incubation Center Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the incubation center, ensuring efficient coordination between startups, mentors, and stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute startup acceleration programs, workshops, demo days, and pitch sessions in collaboration with ecosystem partners.
  • Manage selection processes for incubatees and ensure value delivery across incubation cycles.


3. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances

  • Build and manage collaborations with academic institutions, corporates, and startup ecosystems at regional and national levels.
  • Forge partnerships with innovation hubs, tech parks, and co-working spaces to enhance startup support infrastructure.
  • Represent the organization in industry forums, events, and government meetings.


4. Proposal & Grant Management

  • Draft high-quality proposals for accelerator programs, innovation challenges, and grant applications.
  • Track application progress, follow up with relevant authorities, and prepare reports for ongoing projects.


5. Program Execution & Monitoring

  • Handle operational and financial planning for new programs and partnerships.
  • Monitor program KPIs, deliverables, and ensure timelines are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for branding, content, and outreach for program visibility.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Public Policy, or related fields.
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in managing partnerships or incubation programs.
  • Proven track record of working with government schemes and startup policies.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and proposal drafting skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Familiarity with central/state startup policies, funding norms, and compliance processes.


Preferred:

  • Experience working in a DPIIT-recognized incubator or accelerator.
  • Existing relationships with government agencies, startup ecosystems, or VCs/angel networks.
  • Knowledge of tools like Excel, Notion, and CRM software.
