Partnerships Manager

As a Partnerships Manager Inbound Tourism & Medical Partnerships at Prune, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing how international travelers stay connected in India. Your main responsibility will be to build partnerships with medical tourism facilitators, inbound Destination Management Companies (DMCs), international patient coordinators, and travel concierge operators. You will strategically embed Prune's connectivity stack (SIM/eSIM/WiFi) into patient and tourist packages offered by B2B2C partners. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, reach out, and close partnerships with inbound medical travel agencies, DMCs handling leisure or healthcare-based inbound travelers, and hospitals and clinics with international patient programs - Develop and execute onboarding and Go-To-Market plans for partners - Build and manage revenue-driving relationships and incentive models - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, and ops teams for smooth fulfillment - Lead pilots, monitor performance, and scale successful partner programs Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of experience in business development, tourism partnerships, or healthcare alliances - Strong network or exposure to inbound travel/tourism, medical tourism, or DMCs - Strong communicator and deal-closer with a hustler's mindset - Comfortable traveling to meet partners in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, etc. - Bonus: Experience working with SIM, eSIM, or telecom/travel-tech products If you join Prune, you will be based in Noida HQ with frequent travel across major inbound hubs.
