Role Overview:
As a Legal Associate at Marwari Catalysts, you will play an essential role in supporting the legal team on various aspects of startup law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the legal field while directly contributing to the success of innovative startups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Conduct legal research and analyze regulations affecting startups and accelerator programs.
• Support the legal team in handling corporate governance, intellectual property, and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide legal insights for business strategies and policies.
• Maintain organized records of legal documents and support document filing and retrieval processes.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate from a law program (LLB or LLM).
• Strong understanding of corporate and business law principles.
• Excellent research, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹192,000.00 per year
