HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, and offer letters
• Handle onboarding, documentation, and induction for new hires
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
• Manage performance review cycles and coordinate feedback sessions
• Draft and update HR policies and ensure policy compliance
• Organize employee engagement and culture-building activities
• Coordinate payroll-related inputs with the finance team
• Ensure labor law compliance (ESI, PF, etc.)
• Provide basic HR support to our partnered startup teams when needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–6 years of HR experience in a startup or growing organization
• Good understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and HRMS tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solver with a proactive and team-first mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
