Position Overview:

• We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate to support our legal team.
• This role offers hands-on experience in legal research, documentation, and the settlement process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for case use.
• Assist in drafting legal documents such as contracts and legal notices.
• Help review files and support document preparation.
• Liaise with clients, counterparties, and external counsels.
• Join client consultations and internal legal discussions.
• Attend ADR proceedings on behalf of clients.

Requirements:

• Law student (LL.B. or equivalent) or recent graduate
• Strong legal writing and research skills
• Organized and detail-oriented; good time management
• Interest in dispute resolution or settlement law preferred
• Excellent drafting, communication, and research skills..
