Key Responsibilities Growth Hacking: Design & execute scrappy experiments (A/B tests, viral loops, partnerships) to boost acquisition, activation, and revenue. GTM Strategy: Lead launches for new products/features (B2B + B2C). Craft messaging, positioning, and pricing. Full-Funnel Marketing: Build and optimize campaigns (organic, paid, email, content) from awareness → conversion. Cross-Functional Leadership: Align sales, product, and engineering to scale what works. Content & Sales Enablement: Create battle-tested collateral (decks, case studies, demos) that closes deals. Who You Are Versatile Doer: 0-4 years in product marketing, growth marketing, or related roles across B2B AND B2C . Growth Obsessed: Portfolio of growth hacks (e.g., viral campaigns, SEO/content wins, conversion rate lifts) Analytical Storyteller: Turns data into actionable growth plans. Comfortable with metrics like CAC, LTV, funnel conversion. Startup Mentality: Thrives in ambiguity. Pivots fast, owns outcomes, and builds processes from scratch.
