Junior Lawyer

We are seeking a motivated and qualified Junior Lawyer to strengthen our legal team. The ideal candidate will be an enrolled advocate with a strong foundation in litigation. You will be responsible for managing cases from initiation to resolution, representing our interests in various forums, and providing sound legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters, with a primary focus on consumer protection cases.
• Attend hearings
• Conduct detailed legal research, analyze case law, and prepare legal opinions on various issues.
• Draft, review, and file a wide range of legal documents including petitions, written statements, appeals, rejoinders, and interim applications.
• Handle all aspects of case preparation, including evidence collection, witness coordination, and drafting of arguments.
• Provide timely updates on case status and legal risks to management.
• Liaise with external counsel, opposing parties, and clients as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from a recognized university.
• Must be a qualified advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Karnataka.
• 1-3 years of proven post-qualification experience in litigation.
• Strong drafting and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
