Business Analyst

We are looking for a versatile and highly adaptable Business Analyst who can take on a mix of operations, accounting, marketing, and other business functions as needed. This is not a data analyst role—it's a hands-on, problem-solving position where you’ll be involved in multiple aspects of the business, helping to streamline operations, support growth initiatives, and solve complex challenges. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize day-to-day business operations to improve efficiency.
• Assist with basic financial tasks, such as budgeting, invoicing, and tracking expenses.
• Support marketing efforts, including campaign execution, reporting, and strategy.
• Collaborate with teams across the company to solve problems and drive improvements.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements across different functions.
• Track business performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
• Take ownership of miscellaneous projects that contribute to the company’s growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to work across operations, accounting, and marketing seamlessly.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, get-things-done attitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving startup environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sahakar Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
