Role Overview

Partner Manager

You will be responsible for recruiting partners, enabling them technically and commercially, co-creating go-to-market plans, and driving sales pipeline via indirect channels.


Key Responsibilities Partner Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Identify and recruit strategic channel partners across India (MSPs, ISVs, digital transformation firms, CRM/ERP resellers, marketing agencies)
  • Sign partnership MOUs and set mutual business objectives
Sales & Revenue Enablement
  • Drive revenue targets through partners for iNextLabs solutions (EngageAI, InsightsAI, DocsAI)
  • Support partners in pre-sales, including demo support, proposals, pricing guidance, and commercial structuring
  • Manage pipeline reviews and forecasting
 Partner Enablement & Training
  • Equip partners with sales collaterals, demo environments, pricing plans, and proposal templates
  • Conduct regular partner webinars, knowledge sessions, and roadmap briefings
Co-Marketing & GTM
  • Design co-branded marketing campaigns and events with partners
  • Collaborate with internal marketing team to deliver leads and visibility for active partners
Account & Relationship Management
  • Be the first point of contact for key partners in India
  • Manage escalations, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Track partner performance and ensure alignment to KPIs
Feedback Loop & Product Alignment
  • Capture partner feedback and funnel insights to product and leadership teams to inform localization, integrations, and packaging strategies



Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 5+ years in partner/channel sales, preferably in SaaS, AI, or enterprise tech
  • Strong network of potential partners in India (SI, ISV)
  • Knowledge of Gen-AI, Azure OpenAI, customer support tools, or analytics solutions is a big plus
  • Hands-on experience with pricing, GTM, onboarding and partner sales lifecycle
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter, result-driven, and highly collaborative
