Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and well-connected Partner Manager to drive growth in India by building and managing channel partners, solution resellers, digital agencies, and system integrators who can take iNextLabs’ AI solutions to market. You will be responsible for recruiting partners, enabling them technically and commercially, co-creating go-to-market plans, and driving sales pipeline via indirect channels. Key Responsibilities Partner Recruitment & Onboarding Identify and recruit strategic channel partners across India (MSPs, ISVs, digital transformation firms, CRM/ERP resellers, marketing agencies) Sign partnership MOUs and set mutual business objectives Sales & Revenue Enablement Drive revenue targets through partners for iNextLabs solutions (EngageAI, InsightsAI, DocsAI) Support partners in pre-sales, including demo support, proposals, pricing guidance, and commercial structuring Manage pipeline reviews and forecasting Partner Enablement & Training Equip partners with sales collaterals, demo environments, pricing plans, and proposal templates Conduct regular partner webinars, knowledge sessions, and roadmap briefings Co-Marketing & GTM Design co-branded marketing campaigns and events with partners Collaborate with internal marketing team to deliver leads and visibility for active partners Account & Relationship Management Be the first point of contact for key partners in India Manage escalations, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities Track partner performance and ensure alignment to KPIs Feedback Loop & Product Alignment Capture partner feedback and funnel insights to product and leadership teams to inform localization, integrations, and packaging strategies Ideal Candidate Profile 5+ years in partner/channel sales, preferably in SaaS, AI, or enterprise tech Strong network of potential partners in India (SI, ISV) Knowledge of Gen-AI, Azure OpenAI, customer support tools, or analytics solutions is a big plus Hands-on experience with pricing, GTM, onboarding and partner sales lifecycle Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Self-starter, result-driven, and highly collaborative Why Join iNextLabs Be part of a high-growth company leading the Gen-AI transformation across Asia Work closely with product and leadership teams to shape India strategy Access to cutting-edge AI tools, partner co-funding from Microsoft, and global success stories Attractive incentive structure and leadership potential in regional growth

Job Title: React.js/NextJs Developer Location: Chennai /Coimbatore Experience: 2 to 3 years Job Type: Full time Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and skilled React.js Developer with at least 2 to 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of front-end development principles, especially in building responsive and dynamic web applications using React.js. You will be working alongside a team of talented developers, designers, and product managers to develop user friendly interfaces and enhance user experiences. Key Responsibilities: · Develop User Interfaces: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable front-end components using React.js. · Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate design wireframes into high quality code. · Optimize Applications: Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and security, especially for a mobile first experience. · Code Reviews and Testing: Participate in code reviews, debugging, and unit testing to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. · Responsive Design: Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs across multiple devices and browsers. · Stay Updated: Continuously keep up with the latest trends, tools, libraries, and best practices in front end development.
