Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong functional and analytical skills, hands-on experience in AI-driven enterprise solutions, and familiarity with Agile and DevOps environments.

You will lead functional workshops, requirement discovery, and process mapping, driving cross-functional initiatives that apply AI and multi-agent frameworks to enhance business automation, conversational intelligence, and analytics-led decision-making.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong business acumen and technical understanding, aiming to transition into Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement workshops and document functional specifications & user stories.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirement clarity and alignment.
• Support AI solution implementations across automation and analytics domains.
• Manage delivery using Agile Scrum, including sprint planning & backlog management.
• Coordinate with DevOps and engineering teams for deployment & validation.
• Prepare and maintain BRD, FSD, test cases, and change logs.
• Support UAT and ensure business readiness for go-live.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in software or IT services.
• Strong understanding of AI-based solutions, APIs, and integration workflows.
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to engage with customers and stakeholders, translating business needs into clear technical requirements and maintaining alignment throughout delivery.
• Exposure to Azure AI services (AI Search, Cognitive Services, Cosmos DB) preferred.
• Strong interest in project leadership and process improvement.
