Role Overview

Strategic Marketing Head


Key Responsibilities


  • Leadership & Strategy

     
  • Head the marketing team and oversee digital, content, and event marketing functions. 
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives. 
  • Position iNextLabs as a thought leader in the IT and Gen AI domain. 
  • Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

     
  • Drive digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid ads, social media, and content marketing. 
  • Set up and optimize lead generation funnels to support sales growth. 
  • Measure ROI and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. 
  • Events & Brand Presence

     
  • Plan and execute participation in 

    industry events, conferences, and trade shows

  • Organize 

    webinars, workshops, and in-person events

     across India, Singapore, Malaysia, and UAE. 
  • Build strategic partnerships and alliances for brand visibility. 
  • Team & Collaboration

     
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers and content creators. 
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies. 
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships for campaigns and events. 


Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • 10+ years of marketing experience

    , with at least 5 years in a leadership role. 
  • Proven expertise in 

    IT / SaaS / Generative AI service marketing

  • Strong digital marketing skills (SEO, SEM, social media, analytics, automation tools). 
  • Experience in 

    B2B lead generation

     and account-based marketing. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work across global markets (India, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE). 
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management abilities.
