Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at Hoolime, you will play a crucial role in turning raw data into insights, tools, and processes that drive agency performance. You will have the opportunity to work with advanced technology and back-office services that support home health and hospice agencies. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing and cleaning data from multiple systems. - Building Excel reports with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formatting. - Turning numbers into insights and stories for decision-making. - Developing dashboards and automating recurring reports. - Researching off-the-shelf tools and providing recommendations. - Utilizing no-code apps such as AppSheet, Airtable, Zapier, and Power Automate to automate workflows. - Presenting findings through slides or concise memos. To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - Strong Excel skills including pivots, lookups, and charts. - Curious and structured problem-solver. - Good communicator with the ability to explain data clearly. - Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and/or SQL/Python is a plus. - Exposure to no-code/low-code tools is advantageous.
