Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional CX Lead Consultant to drive the technical design, configuration, and implementation of complex Oracle Fusion CX solutions. This role demands deep expertise in configuring and optimizing modules like CX Sales, CPQ, and Service Management, with a keen understanding of underlying data models and integration touchpoints. You'll lead critical initiatives in Order Management and Procure-to-Pay, ensuring technical alignment with business processes and seamless integration across the Oracle Fusion landscape. The ideal candidate will have significant project experience, including on-site delivery in GCC countries, and a strong analytical approach to solution architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Configuration :
- Lead the comprehensive technical design, configuration, and implementation of solutions within the Oracle Fusion CX suite, specifically focusing on CX Sales, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and Service Management modules.
- Map complex business requirements into robust technical specifications and functional designs for Fusion CX configurations, extensions, and integrations.
- Define and configure Fusion CRM objects, sales methods, product catalogs, pricing rules, service request lifecycles, and knowledge management components.
Module Management & Optimization
- Manage and optimize core functional areas such as Order Management (Order-to-Cash process) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem.
- Analyze existing business processes and system functionalities to identify technical inefficiencies and propose architectural enhancements to improve system performance, scalability, and user experience.
Integration & Data Management
- Identify and define integration points between Fusion CX modules and other Oracle Cloud applications (e.g., Oracle HR, ERP Cloud) or external systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams on data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and consistency for CX-related master and transactional data.
- Work with technical teams to define SOAP/REST API integrations and ensure data flow integrity.
Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle Fusion CX implementation projects, from discovery and design to configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Independently manage project tasks, track progress against technical milestones, and ensure adherence to best practices and project methodologies.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, defect resolution, and provide post-go-live technical functional support.
Technical Guidance & Documentation
- Provide expert-level functional and technical guidance to project teams and junior consultants.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user training materials.
Experience
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 8-10 years of industry experience, with 7-10 years specifically in Oracle Fusion CX functional implementation and support.
- Proven track record of independently leading and delivering complex Oracle Fusion CX projects.
- Successfully completed at least 4-5 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion CX.
- Minimum of 4 projects with significant on-site experience, with a strong preference for experience in GCC countries.
Technical Expertise
- In-depth functional and technical configuration expertise in Oracle Fusion CX Sales, CPQ, and Service Management modules is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture, including common data models and inter-module dependencies.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical design specifications for Fusion configurations, Fast Formulas, Groovy scripts (for Sales/CPQ), and standard/custom integrations.
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other integration platforms for connecting Fusion CX with other systems.
- Knowledge of Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) for reporting within Fusion CX.
- Understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud integration points related to employee data for CX applications.
- Proficiency in managing Order Management (OM) configurations and the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle within Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM, and their integration with CX.
Analytical & Leadership Skills
- Strong analytical thinking abilities with a proven capacity to conduct root cause analysis and propose technical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional teams in a technical capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical discussions, presentations, and documentation.
Tools & Methodologies
- Proficiency in documentation tools (MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with project management tools and agile methodologies is a plus.
Mobility
- Willingness to travel abroad for project assignments as required.
