Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Oracle Fusion SAAS Technical Consultant located in Pune. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as working with Oracle HR and Applications, providing consulting services, managing integration, and utilizing Oracle Database to support technical : Provide expert technical consulting services for Oracle Fusion SAAS applications, particularly focusing on Oracle HR and other Oracle Applications (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain). Possess hands-on experience and expertise in BIP (BI Publisher), OIBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence - OTBI), FBDI (File-Based Data Import), and Personalization using Sandboxes within the Oracle Fusion SAAS environment. Design, develop, and implement custom solutions, extensions, and configurations within Oracle Fusion SAAS applications to meet specific business requirements. Collaborate closely with clients and project teams to analyze complex business requirements, propose optimal technical solutions, and define detailed technical designs. Develop high-quality code and implement custom extensions, integrations, and reports within the Oracle Fusion SAAS ecosystem. Conduct thorough testing, including unit, integration, and system testing, to ensure the reliability, performance, and accuracy of developed solutions. Provide technical expertise and support throughout the entire implementation lifecycle, from initial design to go-live and post-implementation phases. Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Oracle Fusion SAAS applications, integrations, and customizations, and provide effective resolutions. Optimize system performance and scalability as needed to ensure efficient operation of Oracle Fusion applications. Manage and develop integrations between Oracle Fusion SAAS and other internal/external systems using various integration methods. Utilize Oracle Database knowledge to support technical solutions, data extraction, and manipulation tasks relevant to Oracle Fusion applications. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions, configurations, and processes. Required Skills & Qualifications 6- 10 years of relevant experience as an Oracle Fusion SAAS Technical Consultant. Proven, hands-on experience in BIP (BI Publisher), OIBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence - OTBI), FBDI (File-Based Data Import), and Personalization by using Sandboxes within Oracle Fusion SAAS. Strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing custom technical solutions within Oracle Fusion Applications. Experience working with Oracle HR (Human Resources) Cloud modules. Proficiency in using Oracle Database to support technical solutions (SQL for data validation, troubleshooting). Ability to collaborate closely with clients and project teams to analyze requirements and propose effective technical solutions. Strong skills in developing high-quality code, custom extensions, integrations, and reports within the Oracle Fusion environment. Proven ability to conduct thorough testing to ensure reliability and performance of developed solutions. Excellent technical expertise and experience in providing support during both implementation and post implementation phases. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to optimize system performance. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for interacting with clients and technical teams. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Preferred Skills Experience with other Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (Financials, Supply Chain Management, Procurement). Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other integration platforms. Familiarity with web services (SOAP/REST) for integrations. Oracle Cloud certifications relevant to Fusion Applications. Experience with data migration strategies for Oracle Fusion.
