Job Title - Paid Ads Specialist/Expert


The Paid Ads Specialist/Expert will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to leverage data to drive campaign performance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices. This role is a hands-on role where you will be single-handedly managing campaigns for different clients on different channels.


WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PAID ADS SPECIALIST WHO CAN GENERATE SALES AND LEADS FOR THE USA MARKET. Candidates with  generic digital marketing or social media marketing experience will be rejected.


Key Responsibilities:


∙ Paid Advertising Strategy:

o Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with company goals and target audience.

o Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set measurable objectives for each campaign.

o Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to optimize targeting and messaging.


∙ Campaign Management:

o Create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Facebook Ads, Local Service Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok, and other relevant channels.

o Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

o Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance and conversion rates.

o Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure campaign objectives are met.


∙ Ad Creative Development:

o Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, including copywriting, imagery, and video content.

o Ensure all ad creatives adhere to brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.


∙ Analytics and Reporting:

o Analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), etc.

o Generate regular reports to track progress against KPIs and provide insights for optimization.

o Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on data analysis.


Additional Requirements:


∙ International Client Experience: Demonstrated experience in running ads for international clients, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and market differences in the USA.

∙ Aggressive Conversion Goals and Leads: Proven track record of achieving aggressive conversion goals and generating high-quality leads through paid advertising campaigns.

∙ Diverse Industry and Agency Experience: Experience working in various industries and digital marketing agency settings, adapting strategies to meet the unique needs and challenges of different clients.

∙ Advanced Tracking Implementation: Proficiency in adding tracking codes (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag) to websites and landing pages to capture relevant data for campaign optimization and performance analysis.

∙ Real-Time Dashboard Creation: Ability to build real-time dashboards for reporting using tools such as Looker Studio, providing stakeholders with actionable insights and performance metrics to drive decision-making.


Qualifications:


∙ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.

∙ 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising.

∙ Proven track record of managing successful paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

∙ In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Local Service Ads, etc.

∙ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

∙ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally.

∙ Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

∙ Google Ads certification and/or other relevant certifications are a plus.

∙ Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is desirable.

∙ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
