📍 Role: Paid Ads Specialist

We’re seeking a dynamic Paid Ads Specialist to lead and optimise our performance marketing across platforms (including Google, Meta, TikTok and more). If you’re data-driven, creative and passionate about cultural e-commerce, this role is for you.

💡 What you’ll do:

• Plan, launch and manage paid-ads campaigns across digital platforms
• Monitor performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CAC) and optimise for growth
• Collaborate with creative, brand & content teams to develop compelling ad creatives
• Test new channels, audiences and ad formats to scale our customer acquisition
• Report insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

🎯 What we’re looking for:

• Experience running paid-ads for e-commerce brands (minimum X years)
• Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads (plus Shopify or similar)
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance data, dashboards & testing
• A creative mindset and love for cultural/ethnic lifestyle brands
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-moving team.
