Paid Ads Specialist

• Plan, execute, and manage

  LinkedIn, Google, and Meta

  paid campaigns to generate high-quality leads and conversions.
• Conduct detailed audience research and segmentation to ensure precise targeting.
• Develop compelling

  ad copies, creatives, and landing page

  recommendations aligned with campaign objectives.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for

  CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.

• Implement conversion tracking and analytics using Google Tag Manager and platform-specific tools.
• Prepare detailed campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to align messaging across digital channels.
• Stay updated with the latest platform trends, algorithms, and ad policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing B2B paid campaigns.
• Proven expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey insights clearly.
• Agency experience handling multiple client accounts is preferred.
