We are seeking a results-driven Paid Advertising Specialist to manage and optimise our paid campaigns across various digital platforms.

The Paid Advertising Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in paid media, a data-driven mindset, and a proven track record of achieving high ROI through paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximise campaign performance.
  • Optimise campaigns for conversions, click-through rates (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), and ROI.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and updates in paid advertising and digital marketing.
  • Manage advertising budgets and ensure campaigns are cost-effective and aligned with business goals.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and targeting to continuously improve campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Proven experience in campaign optimisation, audience targeting, and tracking KPIs.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the IT or technology sector.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising, display campaigns, and video ads.
  • Experience with retargeting, conversion tracking, and marketing automation tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
