Job Description WordPress Web Developer Experience: 7+ years Location: Hyderabad Work mode: Onsite/Hybrid Work Type: Full Time Job Title: WordPress Web Developer We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Web Developer with a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of modern web technologies, and an ability to manage end-to-end website projects independently. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performing, visually compelling websites with a focus on user experience, SEO, and marketing effectiveness. This is a clientfacing role requiring strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills. You should be equally comfortable working with design tools, development platforms, and marketing principles. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, PHP, WordPress, Framer, GoHighLevel, and Webflow. Convert Figma mockups and AI-generated content/designs into engaging, SEO-friendly websites. ¢ Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project goals, timelines, and creative direction. ¢ Experience in developing RESTful APIs ¢ Implement and optimize on-page SEO best practices for all web projects. ¢ Integrate third-party tools and plugins to enhance functionality and user experience. ¢ Manage website performance, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and optimize load speeds. ¢ Handle client communications and project updates independently. ¢ Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and marketing objectives. ¢ Stay updated on web design trends, SEO changes, and emerging tech. Requirement: ¢ 8+ years of experience in website design and development. ¢ Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, WordPress, Webflow, Framer, GoHighLevel, and responsive design. ¢ Experience working with Figma, Photoshop, and AI-based tools for content and design. ¢ Experience working with Laravel/Codeigniter frameworks ¢ Knowledge of web marketing, on-page SEO, and digital performance best practices. ¢ Strong communication and client-handling skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. ¢ A keen eye for detail and a passion for user-centric design.
