Job Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Paid Ads Specialist (Google Ads) who has worked with international e-commerce brands, ideally in the USA market. The ideal candidate must be hands-on with campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and scaling performance-driven ads. This role is ideal for someone who understands e-commerce growth metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, AOV, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, manage, and optimize campaigns across:
  • Google Search
  • Google Shopping
  • Performance Max
  • Display & Remarketing
  • YouTube Ads
  • Manage Google Merchant Center, product feeds, and policy compliance.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, audience segmentation, and bidding optimization.
  • Execute strategy to improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and scale profitable campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs daily and implement continuous improvements.
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams for ad creatives, video briefs, and landing page improvements.
  • Implement proper tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM structures, and conversion APIs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with Google Ads trends, platform changes, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads for international e-commerce brands.
  • Must have experience working for the USA market (mandatory).
  • Prior experience handling Google Shopping and Performance Max for e-commerce stores.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Conversion funnels
  • Retargeting strategies
  • Customer acquisition costs (CAC)
  • ROAS-driven scaling
  • Experience with:
  • Google Merchant Center
  • GA4
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Shopify (preferred)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in apparel / clothing / fashion brands.
  • Familiarity with CRO (conversion rate optimization) and A/B testing.
  • Experience managing large budgets ($10K–$100K/month+).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
