Coordinator About the Position: The Outreach Coordinator will be an integral part of the GMR Varalaskhmi Foundation's Tinker on Wheels (TOW) program. This initiative aims to bring hands-on STEM learning experiences tostudents in schools. The role involves delivering educational activities, inspiring young minds, and ensuring the smooth execution of the program. Qualifications & Skills: ● Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. ● Willingness to travel frequently to various locations as required. ● Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel. ● Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). ● Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities : Program Coordination: Plan and execute Tinker on Wheels (TOW) programs across various locations, ensuring materials and resources are ready for each session. ● Collaborative Engagement: Act as the main contact for schools and partners, aligning program delivery with their needs. ● Logistics Management: Schedule and route the TOW vehicle, addressing transportation and setup issues. ● Team Collaboration: Work with educators and engineers to deliver impactful STEM sessions, supporting smooth on-site activities. ● Monitoring and Reporting: Track program progress, gather feedback, and analyze data for continuous improvement. ● Safety and Compliance: Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain compliance with regulations. ● Electronics Support: Provide technical assistance and support for electronics-related aspects of the TOW program, leveraging knowledge in electronics to enhance program delivery. ● Resource Management: Manage inventory, supplies, and budgeting for the program. ● Promotion and Outreach: Promote the TOW program and collaborate on showcasing its success.
