Outreach Coordinator

Location: Thane West

Salary - 30k

Experience required:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in social work, development, or related fields preferred
• 1-2 years experience in community mobilization, outreach, or livelihoods projects
• Familiarity with Mumbai zones - Central, Western & Harbor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Role

• Engage with prospective students, provide personalized guidance, and maintain strong relationships.
• Maintain comprehensive records of parents, guardians, and prospective students, including their educational background, profession, and income.
• Develop and execute outreach campaigns targeting educational institutions in and around Mumbai to attract potential candidates.
• Travel to colleges in Mumbai to expand our network and reach more students.
• Any other tasks assigned by Reporting Manager.

Desired Skill Sets:

• Experience in student interactions and data management.
• Familiarity and ability to work on MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
