Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Outreach Coordinator to lead our institutional collaboration and volunteer engagement efforts. This role is crucial to building strategic alliances, scaling outreach programs, and fostering long-term partnerships that support the foundation’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, NGOs, and corporate organizations.
• Draft professional communications including partnership proposals, letters, and outreach emails.
• Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns across diverse regions.
• Manage the onboarding process and maintain regular follow-ups with institutional partners.
• Coordinate with the events and marketing teams to amplify engagement through partnership activities.
• Support the onboarding and coordination of volunteers and interns.
• Train and mentor outreach coordinators, volunteers, and interns to enhance program efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in outreach, partnership development, or institutional engagement roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
• Proven track record in building and managing large-scale partnerships.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple stakeholders and campaigns.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across functions.
