About the Role:

As an Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with individuals, organizations, and communities that align with our mission. Your role is vital in expanding our reach, increasing engagement, and strengthening partnerships to support our initiatives and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement outreach strategies to connect with target audiences and potential partners 

- ⁠Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organizations, schools, community groups, and influencers.

- ⁠Coordinate outreach campaigns, events, and presentations (online or offline).

- ⁠Maintain a contact database and ensure timely follow-up with collaborators.

- ⁠Represent the organization professionally in external communications and events.

- ⁠Gather feedback and insights from partners and community members to inform future outreach efforts.

- ⁠Collaborate with other departments (marketing, content, operations) to align outreach goals with organizational objectives.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- ⁠Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- ⁠Confidence in networking and initiating conversations.

- ⁠Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and in a team.

- ⁠Prior experience in outreach, communications, or community engagement is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with social media and digital outreach tools.

- ⁠Basic knowledge of CRM or data tracking systems.

- ⁠Event planning and coordination experience.

- ⁠Public speaking or presentation skills.
