1. Job Title: Trainer - Data Entry Operator 2. No of Position : One 3. Location: Varanasi 4. Qualification requirement: Bachelor's or Diploma in Computer Science, IT or a related field. 5. Experience needed: Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching computer operations, IT training, or related areas. Strong knowledge of MS Office, internet applications, email communication, and basic troubleshooting. 6. Job Description: GMR Varalakshmi Foundation is seeking a dedicated and skilled Basic Computer Trainer to train and mentor youth (Aged 18-30) from underprivileged backgrounds. The trainer will be responsible for equipping students with following. · He/ She will be the trainer for interactive training sessions on basic computer operations, MS Office, internet usage, and digital literacy. · He/ she will be responsible for delivering theory and practical sessions developing course materials, practical exercises, and assessments to enhance learning. · Monitor student progress through assessments/evaluations and feedback sessions. · Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into training modules as per professional Sector Skill Council. · Provide career guidance, resume-building support, and interview preparation for trainees. · Coordinate with local businesses and organizations for guest lectures, exposure visits, and placement opportunities. · Maintain records of attendance, assessments, and training effectiveness for reporting purposes. · Support in mobilizing candidates and engaging with community outreach programs to encourage enrollment. · Also, he/ she will be responsible for PMKVY scheme related works at the centre level. Salary negotiable based on candidate experience and qualifications.
