Sales & Business DevelopmentRole OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic Outbound Sales Executive who is numbers-driven and excels at building new relationships in international markets.
- Core focus: Generate and qualify B2B leads from the USA, UK, and European markets using modern prospecting tools and creative outreach.
- Scope of work: Manage the complete pre-sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to scheduling demos and handing over to the Sales Manager.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Managers and Marketing to optimize outreach and campaign performance.
- Work style: Independent, target-oriented, and comfortable engaging with stakeholders across overlapping time zones (US/UK/Europe). Typical working hours will be scheduled to provide meaningful overlap with UK/European business hours and regular availability for US meetings — for example, an afternoon-to-evening IST shift (commonly around 12:30 PM–9:30 PM IST). Exact shift timing may vary based on target market focus and will be confirmed during onboarding. Candidates should be prepared for occasional early starts or late finishes to accommodate important client meetings or events.
How success is measured:
Number of qualified leads generated, demos scheduled, conversion rates from outreach to qualified opportunities, and timely CRM updates to support deal progression.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven experience in international outbound sales of software or SaaS products.
- Hands-on expertise in lead-generation platforms (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, RocketReach, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Excellent English communication skills — both verbal and written.
- Strong understanding of B2B software sales cycles and the ability to pitch technology solutions.
- Flexible work hours to cover international time zones: The role requires effective overlap with UK/Europe business hours and regular availability for US meetings. The typical Hyderabad office shift for this position will be scheduled in the afternoon-to-evening IST window to align with these markets (example 12:30 PM–9:30 PM IST), though exact timings may differ depending on team needs. Candidates should be willing to adjust start/finish times occasionally to cover priority meetings or campaigns.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented with an ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and generate qualified B2B leads using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, RocketReach, and other prospecting tools.
- Run cold-calling and bulk-email campaigns to reach decision-makers across USA, UK, and European regions.
- Conduct initial qualification calls to understand prospect requirements and align them with product offerings.
- Schedule product demos and coordinate with the Sales Manager for deal closure.
- Maintain and update CRM records accurately to ensure seamless tracking of lead progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for targeted outreach and campaign optimization.
- Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation, conversions, and scheduled demos.
Good-to-Have
- Prior experience in CPaaS, SaaS, telecom, or cloud-communication platforms.
- Familiarity with CRMs such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Experience in inviting and hosting product demos for enterprise customers.
