Role Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive

You will be the first point of contact for our international customers—resolving technical issues, handling queries, and ensuring smooth customer interactions. The role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer queries via calls, chats, and online support channels.
• Provide technical support for Voxvalley’s products and services.
• Troubleshoot issues by collaborating with internal technical teams.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolutions.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum

  1 year of experience in international call center / voice support

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in English is a must).
• Experience in customer support, service delivery, and issue resolution.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience in the technology or communication sector is an advantage.
