We are looking for a QA Engineer with a strong inclination toward quality, detail, and test discipline. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our web-based communication platforms and APIs. Key Responsibilities

Perform functional, regression, and non-functional testing on web applications and backend systems.
Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
Conduct API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
Collaborate with developers to write and review test plans, test cases, and test strategies.
Track and manage defects using JIRA and document test results accurately.
Monitor and maintain automated regression test suites in CI/CD pipelines.
Support build validation and test execution in Linux environments.
Ensure effective test coverage for features and participate in Agile sprint planning.

Required Skills

Good understanding of QA processes, SDLC, and Agile methodology.
Hands-on with Automation Tools : Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
Solid grasp of API Testing with tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SOAP UI.
Experience or exposure to scripting languages (Python or JavaScript preferred).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git) and basic Linux commands.
Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter or Gatling) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
