Order Management Executive

Job Description

Job Summary: The Order Management Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales order process, ensuring timely processing and delivery of customer orders in accordance with internal policies and customer expectations. The role requires close coordination with sales, production planning, logistics, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient workflow within a flexible packaging manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Order Processing: Receive and enter customer purchase orders into the ERP system accurately and timely. Validate order details including pricing, product specifications, lead times, and payment terms. Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with sales, planning, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders. Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve order-related issues. Order Tracking & Status Updates: Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers. Generate and share regular reports on order processing and dispatch schedules. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery timelines, and product availability. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive communication and problem resolution. Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and manage sales documentation including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes. Ensure orders comply with internal SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Inventory Coordination: Liaise with inventory and production planning teams to ensure product availability. Flag potential stock shortages or production delays in advance.
