Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage full order lifecycle from placement to delivery
Coordinate with suppliers, tailors/workshops, and vendors for timely raw material procurement
Track production status daily and ensure deadlines are met
Maintain clear communication with clients; provide timely updates and resolve queries
Monitor quality checks and dispatch schedules
Maintain documentation, order sheets, and delivery trackers
Identify delays early and take corrective action

Requirements

Strong communication skills
Good coordination and follow-through
Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills
Highly organized, reliable, and able to multitask
Prior experience in operations, merchandising, or production management is a plus
