The Contract Operations team is responsible for the processing of all Adobes revenue generating contracts from
receipt to system filing as well as creating and maintaining customer master records within Adobe’s systems. This role relies heavily on the candidate’s ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once while maintaining anexceptionally high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. The role involves dealing with many differentinternal Adobe departments and is a critical element of Adobe’s quote-to cash process. The team’s main focus is providing world-wide support for customer master creation and maintenance.
Job Description Summary
Responsible for administrating contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors,customers and/or partners. Works with sales and service teams as well as the legal department to structurecontracts. Analyses contracts to ensure compliance to company policy, government specifications and otherrequirements.
What you'll Do
Acquire and maintain a solid understanding of the complete contract process.• Support all activities related to, but not limited to, customer account management, businessconsultation, contract validation and execution, order processing, and provisioning products. Learn and adhere to company related procedures and processes. Manage the processing of incoming revenue generating contracts in accordance with establishedprocedures. Set up and maintain customer records within systems per established procedures. Handle incoming queries. Status reporting. Work as part of a distributed team to achieve common goals and objectives. Quarter-end activity. Business Continuity participation. System testing. Project participation. Work with internal teams including Sales, Legal, Credit, and Deal Desk.What you need to succeed Proven experience in a similar role. – Understanding of Quote to Cash / Order Management / Contractsetc Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Be flexible to shift across APAC / EMEA / North America time zones per business requirements A familiarization with SAP, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. A general knowledge of the contract process at the commercial level. An ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work to a very high level of accuracy. Excellent interpersonal and communication skilla
