Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel to support our flexible packaging production operations. The candidate will be responsible for accurately recording, updating, and maintaining production data, quality records, inventory logs, and other relevant manufacturing information in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: Enter and update daily production data including raw material usage, machine output, downtime, and shift performance. Maintain and manage production reports, job orders, and inventory records using Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Track and log wastage, defect rates, and rework in coordination with the QA/QC team. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production summaries for management review. Monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished goods; assist in inventory reconciliations. Coordinate with production supervisors and machine operators to ensure data accuracy. Ensure timely reporting and document control related to flexible packaging production. Assist in preparing data for audits, process analysis, and performance reviews. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive production data.
