About the Role
We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented Order Processing Executive to manage day-to-day order operations across our e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate should be quick, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Process daily orders received from Amazon, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
* Print invoices, shipping labels, and coordinate with the packing team for timely dispatch.
* Update order status, tracking IDs, and ensure on-time delivery.
* Handle returns, replacements, and courier-related queries.
* Maintain stock records and coordinate with the inventory team to avoid shortages.
* Check orders for accuracy before dispatch to minimize errors.
* Communicate with courier partners for pickups and delivery issues.
* Maintain daily MIS reports for orders, dispatches, returns, and inventory.
* Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, operations, and customer support teams.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce order processing or operations.
* Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, marketplaces, or Shopify is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
* Good communication skills and basic computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets).
* Should be reliable, punctual, and able to work independent.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
