As an Oracle Retail (MFCS) Techno Functional Consultant needs to be responsible for resolving functional issues, ensuring

smooth business operations, and maintaining data integrity across Oracle Retail modules. Investigating application

functionalities, processes as well as production incidents. Monitor batch jobs as required, support users, and document

processes. During upgrades, support impact analysis, testing, and change management to ensure a seamless transition to the

new version.

Here's how you'll contribute:

Lead and support Oracle Retail Cloud implementations and enhancements across MFCS, RICS, RPCS, and Sales Audit.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical

specifications.

Configure and customize Oracle Retail modules to meet business needs.

Perform system integration, data migration, and interface development using RICS and other integration tools.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity across merchandising, pricing, inventory, and sales audit systems.

Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Retail Cloud applications.

Provide thought leadership and best practices in Oracle Retail Cloud architecture and processes.

Document solutions, configurations, and processes for knowledge sharing and compliance.

Skills required to contribute:

5+ years of experience as Oracle Retails (MFCS) Techno Functional Expert in Oracle Retail Cloud implementations and support

1. With Oracle Retail application of MFCS (RMS, ReSA & RPM) experience and understanding of RICS & web services

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

4. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

5. Experience in support as well as development project in the domain

6. Experience in support of batches and integration with other systems.

7. Drive end to end solution design and implementation

8. Take initiative to improve solution footprint

9. Hand hold peer team members in delivering change

10. Prepare and executed QA & UAT cases.

11. Handling & resolving integration issues

12. Understanding of tools like - JIRA, POM

13. Prior experience of RMS Upgrade project (On prim to Cloud/SaaS) would be an advantage.
