Key Responsibilities

• Work on

  Oracle Retail

  modules:

  MFCS (Merchandise Foundation Cloud Service), RMS (Retail Merchandising System), ReSA (Retail Sales Audit), and RPM (Retail Price Management)

  .
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical and functional support for Oracle Retail applications.
• Analyze business issues, troubleshoot system problems, and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration across systems.
• Support UAT, Go-Live, and Post-Go-Live activities.
• Prepare documentation including functional specs, configuration docs, and user guides.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with

  Oracle Retail

  applications.
• Strong functional/technical knowledge of

  MFCS, RMS, ReSA, and RPM

  .
• Experience in Oracle Retail implementation or support projects.
• Good understanding of retail business processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
