Oracle HCM Systems Engineer

We have an opportunity for Oracle HCM Systems Engineer to join our Finance and People & Places Operations team in Bengaluru, reporting to Sr Manager . In this pivotal role, as a key driver of innovation and excellence, you’ll lead the charge in sustaining and enhancing our existing HCM modules. Collaborating closely with IT and People & Places teams, you will design, re-engineer and implement industry standard and scalable processes. Use artificial intelligence to craft smarter, more intuitive solutions that elevate the employee experience and drive operational efficiency.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

• Skilled and proactive engineer to design, re-engineer, and deliver enhancements for the Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules
• Engage with the delivery manager & peers to understand requirements, design solutions and plan & execute user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Design, develop/re-engineer, and optimize workflows, customization integration reports, analytical reports, and dashboards.
• Explore potential AI-driven solutions for reengineering systems and processes, focusing on redesigning, optimization, and efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineers—including Salesforce, integrations, and ServiceNow teams—to successfully develop and implement new initiatives.
• Monitor and resolve incidents, conducting root cause analysis (RCA) to implement long-term solutions.
• Adapt and perform effectively in a fast-changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
• Proactively identify potential issues and develop effective monitoring and validation solutions to maintain system stability and performance.
• Provide critical support during quarterly maintenance activities to ensure seamless operations.

Be Prepared — What You Bring

• 4+ years of development experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules implementations
• 4 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud platform with strong techno-functional expertise in Core HR, Benefits, Learn, Recruiting and compensation.
• Solid working experience in SQL, BI Reports, OTBI Dashboards, Rest/SOAP Web Services
• Expertise in HCM Extracts, ETL Jobs and Fast formula.
• Good experience in doing data uploads via HDL/HSDL templates
• Good understanding of HCM roles, security and customizing workflow
• Experience working with Redwood platform + customization and with Visual Builder
• Sound knowledge of Oracle Fusion framework and ecosystem
• Possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Should be flexible working in shifts
