Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate resources supporting core business operations across finance, training, documentation, and pricing functions.
- Define clear roles and responsibilities for direct reports, ensuring alignment with team and organizational goals.
- Collaborate closely with U.S.-based management to enhance operational efficiency and participate in relevant strategic meetings.
- Ensure each business function maintains a dotted-line reporting relationship with U.S. counterparts for strategic oversight.
- Drive individual and team initiatives to meet operational objectives.
- Support and improve team processes through participation in cross-functional and Six Sigma projects.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA in Finance, Economics, or Business Operations.
- 12–15 years of experience in finance operations, with at least 5 years in team management finance domains.
- Proven leadership experience in directly managing analysts or support teams.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, financial analysis, and business operations.
- Proficient in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in process optimization, workflow management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Self-starter with excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Strong commitment to process improvement and customer satisfaction.
