Operations Supervisor

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading your team to effectively achieve department objectives. Managing, motivating, and driving team performance to ensure KPIs are met to a high standard will be your key focus. The successful candidate will manage a team of 15 Researchers in Bengaluru, India. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the management team to ensure production, quality, turnaround time, resource allocation, and problem resolution adhere to established policies and procedures. - Review daily production reports with researchers to assess production goals accurately. - Evaluate employee performance and execute appropriate personnel actions. - Conduct regular 1:1s with researchers. - Enforce all HireRights policies, procedures, and client requirements. - Handle escalated issues and requests from internal and external clients and employees, providing feedback and guidance. - Create and manage KPIs, providing clear, measurable objectives to researchers. - Communicate expectations clearly, provide consistent feedback, and delegate responsibilities effectively. - Maintain a "Continuous Improvement" mindset, suggesting and implementing changes. - Be open to cross-training in other functions and assist in ad hoc projects. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree/graduate in any stream. - 3-4 years of experience managing others in a time-sensitive environment. - Previous BGV operations experience preferred. - Demonstrated leadership ability in decision-making, critical thinking, and employee relations. - Proven conflict management and communication skills. - Prior verifications background screening experience is a plus. - In-depth business and knowledge of the department or function. - Good understanding of related functions and industry issues. - Demonstrates people leadership skills.
