Key Roles & Responsibilities: Coordination and communication with internal (sales, accounts and overseas offices) and external clients and their suppliers. Coordination and communication with shipping line, vendors like transporter, CHA, CFS, Packing & fumigation etc Booking Placement with Carrier, Coleader, Cargo pickup and container placement, CHA communication for Clearance Job opening in system and sharing complete instructions with Operator for further job processing Follow with carrier for Container allotment Monitoring vessel cutoffs, following with shippers for documents status to meet vessel cutoffs like: SI, VGM, AMS and ISF filing Resolving team’s queries on SI, AMS and ISF filing shipment basis commercial like (buy/ sales) and additional costs, SNR review. Updating, controlling daily DSR for all shippers submitting weekly AMS, ISF and FMC filing reports. Checking 1Y and 3Z status of all shipments Follow-ups with shipping line for critical cases those are pending due to exceptional situations. (Like Booking, booking revalidation, inventory issues, first print, BL amendment, BL release, original BL, follow-ups Resolving carrier, vendors invoice queries to clear their o/s payments on time Handling any sort of destination communications to resolve urgent and critical cases, tracking and monitoring shipments in transit and stuck in third country Monitoring daily KPI within desk, reviewing files and all KPI/ jobs and locking into TMF system to meet monthly closing requirements Follow with FMC Filing with CS /Sales /Oversea Handling the Operation activity for OOG Shipment. Loss Shipment review and update comment in pathway Escalation and dispute resolution by desk leader. Any management report need take care by desk leader.
