Department: Operations / Projects
Reporting To: Operations Manager / Project Manager
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily site operations, coordinating with teams, ensuring work is completed as per project timelines, and maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency at the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily operational activities at project/site locations
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, plans, and schedules
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, contractors, and vendors
• Allocate manpower and resources efficiently
• Monitor productivity and resolve operational issues on-site
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Maintain daily work reports, attendance, and site records
• Coordinate with stores/accounts for material availability
• Inspect work quality and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Communicate daily progress updates to the reporting manager

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of electrical/civil site operations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of safety norms and site discipline

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Electrical, Civil, or relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site or operations experience
