About the Role:

Xobolt is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems while ensuring safety standards, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, test, and implement electrical systems and components.
• Prepare technical drawings, documentation, and specifications.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Assist in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment.
• Coordinate with the civil, operations, and project management teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and company guidelines.
• Conduct inspections, site visits, and prepare progress reports.
• Work on energy optimization and system reliability improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in electrical projects or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, control panels, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Hands-on experience with tools, equipment, and testing instruments.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in industrial/electrical installation projects.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or electrical design software.
• Understanding of project documentation and BOQs.
