Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive the growth of our Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Station business. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the automobile and EV industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting EV charging infrastructure, and helping accelerate the transition toward sustainable mobility.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for EV charging station installations through leads, partnerships, and market research.

Approach potential clients such as real estate developers, commercial property owners, fleet operators, and government bodies.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Present and promote EV charging solutions and services to prospective customers.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales and installation targets.

Prepare and present business development reports, proposals, and forecasts.

Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and installation of charging stations.

Stay updated on EV industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (experience in the automobile or EV sector is an advantage).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about clean energy and electric mobility.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
